Ten (10) day absolute auction. There is no reserve, starting bid of $1, this lot will sell regardless of price, no unpublished minimum bid.  The lot is subdivided and we are told is in fact buildable, but ask that you please contact the County to verify.  The lots dimensions are approximately 60 feet by 120 feet in depth.  Sorry, I do not have a plot.  There are a lot of homes in the area.  Roads are mostly dirt, but all are hard surfaced.  The lot is serviced by electric.  Sewerage and water are private.  The lot is within a short walking distance to the lake.  It is heavily wooded and in our opinion is beautiful.  Sorry, we have no photos of the specific lot, only the area,  And, we have no other information on the lot.  The County website is a fine tool for obtaining all information on the lot.  Good luck bidding,  Please ONLY BID IF YOU ARE READY TO CLOSE. Please note that the high bid plus the $399 closing fee is the total price.  The closing fee covers all eBay listing fees, deed preparation, attorney closing expenses and recording charges.  Sorry, we have no other information on this property and again we have no photos. The lots were part of a bulk purchase of 90 similar lots, we are down to our remaining few.  This land and aproximately 90 other lots were purchased two years ago for $800 per lot.  We only have a hand full of lots remaining.  Good luck bidding, but PLEASE only bid if you intend to close.  The non performing bidding hurts everyone, not just the seller.  Thanks.
