Shipping policy:

Shipping charges are $25.00, which is anywhere in the Continental United States (insurance included). Overnight special request are $35.00 on top shipping Orders are generally mailed within 5 business days after payment is received and are mailed via US post office . Tracking numbers are supplied to customers only per email requests. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. We can combine purchases made within 10 days of the first purchase. Internation thnal bidders please be aware that we will declare the value as the closing bid price and you the buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties due oe order. Due to the large amount of things that may delay an international order, including customs, we cannot guarantee a delivery date for your order. We ask all international requests to please have patience and we will be happy to help with finding out what may have delayed your delivery.

Payment for International Customers:  

Please do not pay with PayPal (unleash your address is confirmed) as we do not accept PayPal or credit cards from international buyers. Payments will be accepted via Check, Money Orders and Wire Transfers.

If you want to return the item purchased for any other reason you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by email us at xojewelers@yahoo.com we must receive the item back within 7 days from the date you received the item. we will exchange or refund you the price of your purchase minus shipping/handling charges and eBay/Paypal fees. We must receive the item in the original condition. We suggesting to ship via USPS register mail insured.
