At present, GemShake accepts payment via PayPal, personal check and money orders.

7-Day Combining Period

Whatever your chosen method of payment, you can combine as many won auction items as you like over a 7-day period for free.

Please note: It is not possible for us to ship multiple orders in one shipment if they are not paid together in one transaction. Gemshake’s combining policy does not allow for auction items from SilverShake to be combined into the shipment.

Our account with PayPal is PayPal@GemShake.com.
Payment through PayPal can only be made through the link provided in the GemShake ‘Auction Order Invoice’ mail that we will email to you after your auctions are finished. We are unable to accept payment through the ‘Send Money’ link on PayPal.

Personal Checks And Money Orders

Please make your personal checks or money orders payable to 'Supitchaya Benjarurawong' and mail to our main office in Fort Worth, Texas, as per the below address.

Please include your email address and order reference number with your checks or money orders. This number can be found in the invoice you will receive from us after you have won the auction. You should also include your name and physical address, so that we may ship your package to you without delay.

Two Important Notices For Check & Money Order Payments 

All payments made via checks and money orders must be in U.S. Dollars. We do not accept checks and money orders made out in other currencies. For personal checks, please allow 10 days for clearing prior to shipment.

U.S. Customers

GemShake offers three shipping services to its U.S. customers: 

• Consolidated FedEx & U.S. Postal Service First Class: $6.99.  The estimated time of delivery (E.T.D.) is 1 to 3 weeks.

• Consolidated FedEx & U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail: $10.99. The estimated time of delivery (E.T.D.) is 7 to 10 days. 

• FedEx Express: $19.99 with free insurance. *This service is mandatory for orders placed with GemShake in excess of $200 and receives free insurance irrespective of the transaction amount. The estimated time of delivery (E.T.D.) is 3 to
  5 days.

Please be aware that any delays incurred from U.S. customs or in transit are beyond our control and not the responsibility of GemShake. Please do not bid if you cannot allow for the maximum time period relevant to your selected shipping method.

Non U.S. Customers

GemShake offers two shipping services to its worldwide (excluding the U.S.) customers: 

• International Registered Mail: $6.99. The estimated time of delivery (E.T.D.) is 1 to 3 weeks.

• FedEx Express: $19.99 with free insurance. *This service is mandatory for orders placed with GemShake in excess of $200 and receives free insurance irrespective of the transaction amount. The estimated time of delivery (E.T.D.) is 3 to
  5 days.

Please be aware that any delays incurred from customs or in transit are not the responsibility of GemShake.

To insure the safe arrival of your auction items GemShake has a mandatory insurance policy on all shipments. The insurance tariff is equal to $1.30 for each increment of  $50.00.

GemShake provides a standard 7-day period, from receipt of delivery at your domicile, in which to return any items that fall short of your expectations. Please note that the S&H charges and insurance are not refundable, and that a 15% restocking fee will be charged in case of excessive returns on a single transaction.

In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your Gemshake item(s), we ask you to do either of the following:

• Notify us of your decision to return as soon as possible (within 7 days). Once we receive your notification, we will email you with return instructions including an address you should use to mail the item(s) back to.
