Payment is expected within 48 hours of auction close time via PayPal using either paypal balance or credit card. Contact us for wire transfers and we'll send you detailed instructions along with our bank information.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Anywhere allows shipping of precious stones and metals. 

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 7 days (or less) to process your order. Shipping may take between 2-4 business days to arrive at your country (up to 5 days). From our experience, most items arrive within 10 days or less from payment.

For your convenience and safety:

1. All orders are insured for the FULL amount.
2. Each package receives a tracking number for tracking your item upon it's arrival at it's destination.
3. We require a physical address: Home, Business or a local office.
4. We Do not ship to to P.O. boxes.

Returns »

We deal ONLY with satisfied customers!

We are offering you 60 days to decide whether or not you want our product and we'll also cover for the return shipping fees! How's that for an offer you cannot refuse...?

You can return the item for any reason, NO questions asked for a full refund within 60
days of receipt - it's as simple as that! Have no worries whatsoever.

Here are the steps to take for returning an item:

1. Let us know you wish to return your item within 60 days of receipt and we'll issue
you a return authorization number and provide you with the correct return address.

2. The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number;
which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box. We'll cover shipping and
insurance fee's.

3. Item must be retuned (with insurance) in its original condition with all certification
for a full refund and we must be notified.

4. Once our team of experts have inspected your returned item, your money will be
refunded by the same payment method.

* Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt in their original condition.
* Items returned without certification will be subject to a $75 replacement fee.
