         . Hollander number is 1955B.  Each unit is tested and comes with a 12 month warranty. This rear axle is sold core exchange with a $150 core charge that will be added at the time of sale and refunded when the core is returned with in 30 days. Please allow additional freight charges for returning the core.                     

Our differential remanufacturing process includes the following steps performed by skilled technicians

·        Complete disassembly

·        Castings and components are thoroughly cleaned

·        Housings, carrier, pilot and pinion bore diameter are carefully inspected and measured for dimensional tolerances

·        Bearings preloads are set to OEM specifications

·        New bearings, gaskets, seals, and thrust washers are installed

·        New matched set ring and pinions are installed

After assembly we perform three critical inspections

1.      Pinion run out

2.      Tooth contact pattern

3.      Backlash is set to OEM specifications

Our differentials are sold on an exchange basis and are backed by a 12-month/12,000 mile parts warranty.
