Our certified technicians will test each item before shipping the product to ensure quality. We highly recommend the installation of our products by a licensed professional installer. If the product is found to be defective, Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us immediately at TheLegend321@aol.com  or XEquipped@hotmail.com within 5 days of item receipt for us to troubleshoot or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

• We will exchange/repair any UNUSED, defective merchandise for the same model if the item is returned to us within 15 days of the customer receiving the item
• The item is accompanied with a letter explaining the issue, including the condition of the item when received and what troubleshooting was performed, your eBay ID and item number, and our RMA number
• Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefuly inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing exchanges or store credits. Any used merchandise will be refused and returned at the customers' expense
• The item must be returned with its original box and packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards, and insured for the full purchase price and shipped to us via a traceable means. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit while returning merchandise to us
