The item will be shipped within 2 business days (most orders is within 24 hours) after payment is cleared. (The transit time is the best estimated from our previous experience but not guarantee)

All the S/H is fixed and we don't offer pickup service.

Winners are expected to make payment within 7 business days of the auction closing. Failure to do that will result in filing a Negative Feedback and Non-Paying Bidder Alert on eBay.

Replacement will be given if the item is defective and incorrect item is delivered.

It is bidder's responsibility to check the item immediately and report the problem to us. No claim is allowed after 5 days of the receipt of the item.

All returns must in it's original packing and must not be installed or used. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be charged or replacement is denied.

Replacement will only be shipped after the return product is received from bidder or after the insurance claim is confirmed and finished.
