We stand behind all products we sell. Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before making any alterations, painting, or final installation. Altered and painted items are not refundable or returnable. Please inspect all parts immediately after receiving your order. If you have any questions or problems please contact us. I have sent several e-mails, where's my reply?
We reply to emails, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm Pacific.
We attempt to answer all emails within 1-2 business days (excluding
emails sent after 5pm Pacific on Fridays and emails send on Saturday
and Sunday.) If you have not received a reply,
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM.
We reply to all emails using our email service provider, we do
not reply to emails or messages through eBay. Please do not use the
"HIDE EMAIL FROM SELLER" feature when asking a question as it may
cause the replies to be delayed.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, 9-5pm Pacific.
How can I make sure I purchase the right part that I need?
Before purchasing, we strongly recommend you carefully read the auction
description. The auction description will accurately describe the product being
sold. It will give you the product information such as the fitment application
and application years, models and features. For radiators, you may need to check
the core size of your existing radiator and compare it to the listed core size
in our auction description. If the core size is not listed, please email us for
the measurements.
Should I make my purchase based off the auction title or description?
The auction titles offer very little character space to accurately describe an
auction. Since many of our parts have multiple fitment applications, we
recommend each buyer to carefully read the auction description when placing the
order. Because of the limited space in the auction title, we try to put as much
information as possible but we put all the fitment applications in the
description of the auction. Basing a purchase off the auction description more
than the auction title is a good practice as the auction description allows for
more information to be provided. If you are still unsure, you can always email
us by using the "Ask the Seller a Question" link at the top of the auction.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, please contact us for additional charges.
How can I find out the status of my order?
You can use the links above to check your tracking number. You can also email us with your order or auction number to obtain your order status.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If you received a damaged product please report it to us immediately. DO NOT report the damaged to
FedEX as only we, the shipper can file the damage claim and provide the Invoices for damaged orders. All damaged items must be reported
immediately. Fedex allows 21 days to report a damaged
shipment, if this time frame has elapsed at the time of notice to us, we will
not replace the item. Please email us pictures of the item you received (paying particular attention to the damaged/defective area), along with the shipping label and the part label on the box.
A replacement part will only be sent once we have received and inspected the
damaged part.
The optional insurance fee must be paid in order for damaged parts to be
replaced. (Note: To replace damaged parts from shipping, the optional
insurance fee must be paid.)
My part is defective or it does not fit right, what do I do?
If you believe your part is defective or does not fit correctly on the initial
installation, please contact us. We will attempt to trouble shoot the issue. If
the part is found to be defective we can replace the part. All defective
parts must be reported and returned within 30 business days of delivery. If this
time has past, we will not accept a return for the defective part, regardless of
defect. Any part that has been modified WILL NOT be accepted for a
return. (This is not a warranty.)
What if I receive the wrong item?
Any wrong item received should also be reported immediately. All wrong items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Please email us pictures of the item you received, along with the shipping label and the part label on the box. If you do not have access to a digital camera please contact us for further instructions. After the pictures are reviewed you will be sent a return shipping label via email. Please check your spam! A replacement part will only be sent once we have received and inspected the wrong part. You will not be charged for the correct item to be shipped.
What if I ordered the wrong item?
If you ordered the wrong part please let us know immediately. If you notify us of the mistake before the item ships we can correct it and you will only be required to pay any difference between the items. If the item is in transit or you have already received the item you will have to ship the item back at your expense. All wrong items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. After receiving and inspecting the item we can ship out the correct part. You will be required to pay shipping costs and any price difference in the items.
What if I want to cancel an auction I won?
Please make a $5 payment to our PayPal account for each unwanted item. The cancellation fee is to reimburse us for listing and transaction fees. Non-payment on auctions won will result the opening of an unpaid-item dispute. If your item has already been shipped you will need to send the package back to us. Upon receiving the returned item, All New Parts will issue a refund for the purchase price only minus a 15% restocking fee.
What if I am missing an item?
Please check the contents of the package for any missing lines or pieces to your order. If you are missing an item please check the shipping label. We may have had to split your order into multiple shipments so that we can quickly and efficiently fulfill your order. You will not be charged for additional shipping costs if this is the case. If by chance you are missing and item and have not received any notification please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation. All missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Can I exchange an item or receive a refund?
We offer exchanges at buyer's expense on certain items only. Please e-mail us if
the part you are inquiring about is eligible for exchanges. Refunds will be made at minus 15% of the
Buy It Now Price only. An exchange or refund can only be made if the product is returned in brand new,
resellable condition. Buyer will need to pay for all shipping costs. All exchanges/refunds must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
