Shipping

Once payment is received, we will send the package out within 48 hours (excluding Sunday and public holidays). Insurance

is an optional U$2. Insurane is required for certain European country. Tracking number will be only provided for

insured item(s). All packages will be sent out by the Hong Kong Post (www.hongkongpost.com) and usually will

be arrived in 6 - 20 business days. The store name will not shown on any part of the package.

                   

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges at anytime. The only exception, if you receive a wrong 

or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you return the wrong or defective item. The item must

be returned no later than 5 days after you received it. Replacement will be exchanged within 7 days from we receive the

return item. Shipping and insurance charges are not returnable.
