Q: Is this price for two Nerf Bars?	A: This price includes Both Driver Side and Passenger Side Nerf Step Bars and come with complete bolt-on mounting kit for your particular truck or SUV. Not a universal mount. Please read the vehicle application chart.
Q: How does Raptor Nerf Bars compare to Westin brand products?	A: These bars went through strict Manufacture Quality Control and brand new manufacture techniques and technology. Q: Are there any drilling or welding required?	A: All our Nerf Bars come with easy to install bolt-on mounting kit. No drilling or welding required.
Q: How many steps will the bars have?	A: The main picture above and the illustration represents actual product. The bars will have as many steps, as the picture shows.
Q: Are the step areas "cut outs" or "compressed"?	A: Our step area is neither a cut out nor compressed. We have never used cut out where step pad sits. We no longer compress our bars where the step sits. Instead we use compression step pad to achieve the the same stable flat surface to step on. Over the years, we found compressed area on the bar became the lowest point on the bar. It tends to collect moisture and debris under the pad. This cause corrosion of the retention clips that holds the pad down or surface rust of the stainless steel near the pad area. Although the retention clips can be replaced and the surface rust can be removed with any off the shelf metal polish, but we feel this new design will rid of the hassle the consumer that might go thru.
Q: Why is your shipping charge so high?	A: These bars are Oversized and they are charged according to their size by UPS and not by their weight. Don't be tricked by advertisers that offer free shipping by jacking up the price, then contradict themselves by stating no refund on shipping or extra handling charges in their Fine Prints.
Q: If I order can I come pick up and save on shipping?	A: Currently everything is shipped through our Logistic Service to insure the fastest service. However, we do keep some models on hand. Please contact our customer service reps. Call Toll Free 1-877-690-0700

Buyer pays fixed shipping charge $45.00 + 5.00 insurance per complete set. This item can not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, & Outside of United States, except to Canada with additional shipping fee. Can not be ship to PO Box or APO address. Please provide physical address. California buyers add 7.75% Sales Tax.
