Every part is fully tested, cleaned, and properly removed from the vehicle.  
 
Mechanical parts:  tested on the vehicle and/or bench tested, fluids are drained, openings are sealed, and the part is steam cleaned.  Parts are bagged & sealed as part of the packaging process to prevent any messes from arriving at your door!
 
Electrical parts:  tested in the vehicle, properly removed (no cut wires), hand cleaned, and stored in our warehouse.  Parts are bagged & sealed to keep dust, moisture, or contaminants inside.
 
Cosmetic parts:  Inspected on the vehicle to be functional and of high quality.  No major dents, rust, scratches, cracks, etc.  Any damage or wear is noted.  Parts are pulled off the vehicle after they are purchased and are thoroughly inspected before shipment.

If a part fails or does not work properly on your vehicle during the warranty period, you have the options of a comparable replacement (if available) or a full refund.  Simply contact our eBay Parts Department via phone or email if you need to file a claim or have any questions.  It is a no hassle process and we are here to help.
