If you have a PO Box as your Paypal confirmed address, please include the USPS Priority Mail shipping and handling rate, do not use the UPS Ground rate, as UPS do not ship to PO Box address. And please do not include any alternate physical shipping address, your paypal payment with wrong S&H will be returned. We can only ship to your PO Box Paypal confirmed address using USPS Priority Mail.

To pay for by Money Orders or Cashier's Checks, please refer to the instructions in eBay checkout.

We are required by California State Law to collect 7.75% sales tax (San Bernardino County), if the item is shipped to California.

We usually ship within 2-3 business days (exclude weekends & holidays) after payment cleared.

Our business hours are Mon. thru Fri. 10:00am to 5:00pm PST. We are closed Sat., Sun. and holidays. All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped only during our business hours. Any emails you send us should include an eBay item #, your user ID, and an email address registered with eBay.

Many of our items do not come with installation instructions, and do require professional installation.

If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time. All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for returning shipping and insurance fee, we will not be held responsible for lost or damage on return shipments. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.
