Most cheap UHF-Male (PL259) connectors are plated with a coating that makes them virtually impossible to solder, while ours are silver plated and solder very easily. We have used these ourselves for years, and find that they take solder beautifully, and the teflon will withstand very high temperatures with no problem. You can also easily re-use these.
