SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We have a flat shipping and handling charge of $12.99 for the first item and $9.99 for each additional 100. If you do not agree with the S&H of this auction please do not bid. We determine our flat rate shipping and handling charge based off the UPS charge of $11.83 to ship a 2 pound package to zip code 04750. Our shipping and handling price also includes a small amount for handling expenses such as packaging labor and materials, as well as payment and order processing. Please make sure that the “Ship To” address that you input during our Marketworks checkout is correct. We will not be responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. You can always count on your Glow going out in a prompt and timely manner (usually the next business day but please allow us 48 hours after payment is made). All product ships from the west coast. If you live on the east coast please count on three business days (once your order has processed) to receive your shipment. After your item has shipped we are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers.
