First Day Cover honoring Jimmie Rodgers "Father of Country Music" performing arts series - 1978. James Charles Rodgers (1897-1933) known as "The Blue Yodeler" and "Father of Country & Western Music" initiated in John L. Spinks Lodge No.507 Meridan Miss. Aug. 9, 1920 passed Dec. 31, 1930; Raised Jan. 5, 1931. Size: 164mm x 92mm!! Cover with Jimmie Rodgers stamp non-masonic cancellation. Excellent condition.
