Shipping Policy

We ship out very fast either same day or next business day once we receive payment. A tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once the order is shipped. The shipping price shown is for the continental 48 states. To calculate shipping for AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, Po Box please use the calculator below.

Combined Shipping: We combine shipping automatically during checkout. It is figured as the most expensive shipping item and then all other items are half off for ground shipping. Plus we give an additional 10% off shipping for orders with 2 or more items. For example if you buy 2 items and the ground shipping is $10 for both items: your shipping would be 10 + 5(half off ship rate) X .9(10% extra discount) = 13.50 for your total shipping.

US residents may purchase insurance. This will be insured thru the company Ultimate Paintball. If there is any damage or the purchase is lost in the mail it will be covered. We are not responsible for damaged or lost goods if insurance is not purchased. Insurance is not available for APO & FPO addresses.

Return Policy

Ultimate Paintball wants you to be happy with your purchase. All our products are brand new factory sealed. We will take back any item within 30 days for a refund minus shipping if it is factory sealed unopened and in original condition. We will exchange accessories that are covered under warranty. All markers are covered under warranty from the manufacture. All returns require our approval first, please call 573-358-1300 or email returns@PNTBALL.COM. All of our markers come with at least a 90 day parts and labor warranty and most of our markers come with a one year parts and labor warranty - please contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. No refunds on any opened packaged, it will be exchanged if still under warranty.

1. You must go thru our checkout process first. This will ensure a fast prompt delivery. An automatic email will be instantly sent right after the auction is over.

2. Payment must be paid within 10 days of auction end.

3. Please send money order with ChannelAdvisor Order#. You will get the mailing address to send the money order too during checkout.

4. You can also pay with credit card - Mastercard/Visa, American Express, or Discover during Checkout. Make sure the billing address entered is exactly as it appears on your statement or the order will not be processed.

5. Use Paypal and pay with credit card, instant payment, or echeck. Ultimate Paintball has extended Paypal protection, we can ship to any address it no longer has to be a confirmed address.
