You are bidding on a Brown & Sharpe #2 Screw Machine. We got this in recently from a large company. The machine had been put into storage and we were told it was running fine. We aren't that familiar with Brownies, so it has not been tested since we got it here. Following are some basic specs:
1-1/4” Brown & Sharpe #2 Automatic Screw Machine Model #2 - Double Chain Drive S/N 542-2-8176 Capacity: 1-1/4" Spindle Speeds: 14 - 3503 RPM Voltage: 480 Currently Equipped with: Bar Feed Tube Spindle Speed Changing Gears (6) Station Indexing Turret Front & Rear Cross Slide Vertical CutOff Slide Coolant Pump & Piping Small Amount of Misc Tooling CONDITION: This machine was purchased from storage! We have not seen this unit run but it looks to be in good condition! Cosmetically we would rate a 7! Dimensions: 84” R-L x 44” F-B x 78” Tall Weight app. 5000 Lbs
