We need to hear from you within 3 days after the end of the auction either by paying or letting us know how you will be paying.

Your payment is due within 10 days of your purchase. If we do not hear back from you within 10 days, your item will be cancelled, and negative feedback will be left.

If you would like to return / exchange an item it will be at your shipping cost both ways. We will not take back any item after the factory seal has been broken or if the shipping strap have been removed. You must contact us first before returning an item for prior approval.
