Shipping Policies:
-WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
-US orders ship via UPS or USPS Fully Insured depending on weight. Small item go
USPS, larger items go UPS.
-International order ship via USPS International
Priority Fully Insured
-Import duties, taxes and charges are
not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the
buyer's responsibility
-Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
-These
charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or
when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
-We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and
International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Return Policies:

-Absolutely no returns on closeout, open box or
scratch and dent items. These items have been described to the best of our
ability and should not be confused with new. Make sure to ask any questions
prior to bidding. If you are unsure of any details it is your responsibility to
ask any questions prior to bidding.
-All Sales Final. No refunds or exchanges

Note about shipping models in general:
-We
at Replicarz take great pride in inspecting and packing each and every order.
Please understand that models may shift in transit which can cause parts to
become loose or even fall off. In most cases these parts can easily be snapped
or glued back onto the model.
If not, most times we can send you a replacement part instead of shipping you an
entire model. Also, any small blemishes, fingerprints, or even scratches are
easily buffed out with regular automotive wax. Your help in these isolated
instances is greatly appreciated! Remember, we are dealing with real cars here
they are just miniature in size! A tube of super glue and some automotive wax or
polish go a long way in this hobby. |
