 This is such a great, and very unusual design in a ring I really did not know what to call it.  Kinda reminds me of flowers growing on a gate or trellis.  The flowers are genuine blue and pink sapphires totaling .50 carat each.  The mounting is solid 14k yellow gold and the weight is a very substantial 6.4 grams.  This one is a full 1/2" wide so it will certainly compliment your long fingers.  Really very nice. The size is now 7.  I always include a new velvet ring box for gift giving.
