I do not state any claims to particular therapeutic uses. Please do your research on essential oils, their uses, and their dangers prior to purchasing or using them. I cannot give advice on the therapeutic values of essential oils. This oil is being sold for use in fragrance and aromatherapy. It is not being sold for use directly on the skin or for internal consumption.
Essential oils are hot sellers and are harder for me to get than many of my other products. Any oil may become unavailable without prior notice due to a bad harvest, federal regulations, or other events beyond my control. I only list oils that I keep in stock, but it is possible for me to sell out of an oil before you place your order. If an oil becomes unavailable to me, I will leave positive feedback and will immediately refund your money.
NOTES ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
This oil is not diluted.
This is a pure essential oil derived from natural resources. It is not
synthetic, or mixed with synthetic products.
This oil may be distilled or chemically extracted, depending on the type of
oil it is. Most oils are steam distilled from plant resources.
Other oils, those which are more difficult to extract from the resource, are
chemically extracted.
Because these are undiluted and come directly from natural resources, they
are very strong and can easily irritate if not diluted before use.
This oil can be colored with candle dyes and can be used in various
craft projects including soaps, candles, lotions, creams, etc...
It is not recommended to use any oil directly on the skin or for
internal consumption.
PRODUCT WARNINGS
This product is
for fragrance purposes only. Any other use is at your own risk, and I
won't be held liable for your misuse of this product.
These oils can be used for home fragrance and crafting purposes.
They are compatible with most products. If you are going to use them
in manufacturing/ crafting, then you should test them on each product.
I am not responsible for oil compatibility with other chemicals / bases.
Keep away from children and pets. The oils may be harmful or very
fatal if swallowed.
May cause eye, skin, or respiratory irritation. If so,
discontinue contact with the product. You may be allergic to the
oils.
Do not dispose of oils into your drainage system. Soak
them up with paper towel and place into the garbage.
In case of spills, use an absorbent towel to soak up excess
oil, and wash area with soap and water. These oils can damage wood,
leather, cloth, and finishes if not immediately cleaned up.
PROCESSING TIME
In general, orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next day. On occasion we may run out of a particular fragrance or supply and ask that you allow up to a week for processing time to allow for these circumstances. To expedite processing of your order, you may provide us with a second choice fragrance in case we are out of the first choice. Please allow one week for processing on all orders. Processing time does not include shipping time. If you need it faster, you must drop me an email before ordering to find out if I can rush the order.
SHIPPING
Shipping is included in the price. My primary carriers are the Post Office and FedEx.
We utilize flat rate envelopes and flat rate boxes whenever possible. These are usually the most economical means of shipping. Please be sure to provide a post office address if your post office does not deliver to your door. We rarely ship using FedEx or UPS.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a current address. We can't be responsible if you don't update your address with Paypal or EBay. If we have to reship an item due to an error in shipping address which is not our fault, then you will be responsible for any financial differences.
We ship worldwide. Orders under 4 pounds can be shipped via USPS International First Class mail or in flat rate envelopes and boxes for very economical rates. International buyers will have the option of first class mail. Tracking and insurance coverage are not available for first class mail and buyer will assume all risks. There are absolutely NO exceptions to this rule.
DISCOUNTS
Our prices take into consideration the cost of shipping at the lowest rate as well as our commission expenses. We sell various sizes and combinations of items to help you get the best deals. RETURNS / REFUNDS
I will offer a replacement only if the product is defective or does not match the description. This is good for 14 days after the date that I ship the item.
No refunds/exchanges for "I don't like the fragrance". I offer samples so that you can choose a fragrance you will like before ordering it. Just ask about samples first and you won't get a fragrance that you don't like.
Some customers think that we are intimidated by threats of negative feedback. We are not. We don't use feedback as a bullying mechanism and we don't allow our customers to bully us into giving them free merchandise because they threaten with negative feedback and no legitimate complaint. If you have a problem, discuss it with me pleasantly and you'll find that I'll be very pleasant in return.
