Buyer will pay the winning bid immediately upon end of auction via either check, money order or Paypal.  This will be your down payment.  You will then make payments of $435.00 per month at an interest rate of 5.5% amortized over approximately 10 years (depending on your down payment) with a rate adjustment every 12 months.
