Do you combine shipping?
We can combine shipping on auctions that are similar and end on the same day. Our first priority is to a shipping method that gets your new purchase to you safely / undamaged.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your item will be professionally packaged and shipped generally within 3 business days of receiving your payment. A tracking number is emailed to you once the carrier has logged it into their system; this is a notification to you that your item is on its way.
How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Each item is different, based on weight, package dimensions, distance and carrier service level (Ground, Same Day, etc..). Handling charges are included in the total shipping amount in the calcualtor.
Do you ship internationally?
Most items, yes. There are items that because of size, carriers will not ship internationally. And there are categories that your country does not allow.
What does "Sold As Is" mean?
Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
I have not received an invoice for the item.
After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. You may also check out through your "my eBay" within your own account.
What does "Powered tested only" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.

Payment Info
We gladly accept all forms of payment through PayPal. An electronic invoice will be sent to you once the auction has closed.
Please provide payment within 72 hours of the end of the auction. Orders will be shipped to confirmed addresses only. Use the Checkout button below to complete the order, or wait to receive an email invoice at auction's close with checkout instructions.
All Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax during the Checkout process.

Shipping Info
Domestic S&H: All Packages 3 lbs. or more will be carried by UPS in the eBay Shipping Calculator. Packages 2 lbs. or less have the option of delivery by UPS or USPS Priority Mail as quoted in the eBay Shipping Calculator. PayPal requires that the seller (Drop n Sell) use a traceable and insurable shipping service level for all shipments.
International S&H: All Packages will be carried by USPS. Contact us service@dropnsell.com for a shipping quote. Please include your Country and Postal Code. We will respond with the shipping quote within one (1) business day. PayPal requires that the seller (Drop n Sell) use a traceable and insurable shipping service level for all shipments.
Canada S&H: All Packages will be carried by UPS Standard to Canada or USPS in the eBay Shipping Calculator; Additional brokerage fees may apply to your shipment, as well as normal taxes and duties. PayPal requires that the seller (Drop n Sell) use a traceable and insurable shipping service level for all shipments.
Confirmed Address: We reserve the right to refuse to ship to unconfirmed addresses to protect our buyers. If you do not have a confirmed address or would like your package shipped to another address please email us at service@dropnsell.com addressing the reason for not shipping to a confirmed address.
Handling Fees: A nominal handling fee for professionally packaging is included in the shipping figure on your invoice and is also included in the shipping quote through the eBay calculator in the auction.
Insurance: PayPal requires that the seller (Drop n Sell) use an insurable shipping service level for all shipments. Insurance is included on Packages Carried by UPS with Items valued (Final Sale Price) under $100. All Packages Carried by UPS with Items valued (Final Sale Price) over $100 requires additional insurance, which will be added to your invoice. All Packages Carried by USPS requires insurance for the value (Final Sale Price), which will be added to your invoice.
Local Pick-up: Please contact us at service@dropnsell.com or 936-494-4499 to arrange pick up of your item at our store.
All local pick-ups will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Sales Tax: Will be added to all purchases Shipped or Delivered to a location in Texas or Local Pick Up.
Return Info
Returns accepted if the item is damaged in shipping, but prior to returning it, check with the shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, USPS or UPS) for their damage in shipping filing requirements. The carrier may want to inspect any damage locally. Undamaged returns for any reason (includes; buyer remorse, found another for less, wrong size / doesn't fit, wrong color, etc) are assessed a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Buyer pays for return shipping.
