Cutting Tools: All of our tools were newly manufactured at our facility in Plymouth, MA.  They are brand new, and have never been used.  All of our tools have a tolerance of:  +.000 / -.002.  If you have any questions about any of the items we offer feel free to send us an email. 

Payment:  We accept payments through PayPal.  We ask that you please send us your payment within a week of purchasing your items.  If you plan on purchasing multiple items, we can send you a combined invoice so that you can take advantage of our combined shipping discounts. 

Shipping:  Once we have received your payment, we will ship out your items by the next business day at the latest.  

Domestic: We offer USPS first class and USPS priority (2-3 business day average) shipping on all of our items.  Shipping insurance is offered on all purchases and is optional. When we ship out your items we will send you the USPS tracking number. 

International:  We offer USPS first class international shipping (1-4 weeks on average depending on location), and USPS priority international shipping (6-10 business days on average) on all of our items.
