Toolsez has chosen UPS as our shipping company. Upon payment items are shipped within 3 business days via UPS Ground Service. Please add two days if your item is odd shaped, extremely heavy or oversized and will require special packaging.
Address
Please provide a correct address for your shipment. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and we will not ship a package to a PO box.
Rates
Shipping Rates are determined by UPS estimates using estimated weight being shipped from our zip code to the customers. Estimated weight is higher then the actual weight of the item, It is adjusted to account for packaging and shipping costs. There is no large impact on the shipping charges due to the added 3lbs (less than two dollars).

Not paying for shipping?
Payments received that do not include shipping costs WILL NOT BE SHIPPED until the shipping charges are collected.
If you or your business has a UPS account that you would like us to ship your item on please mention it in the payment and include the shipper number or a phone number to call so we can get the shipper number. Please send $2 in shipping charges for the shipping supplies.
Local Pickup
Customers wishing to pick up items won in auction or just browse around what we have can do so at our warehouse location in Hawaiian Gardens, Ca. Please call us at (562) 900-1650 a day before coming to make sure we are here and so we can have your item ready for you.
Heavy / Large or Odd Shaped Items
Items that weigh over 150lbs that can not be split up or items that are large/odd sized may need to be shipped via freight carrier. It is the buyers repsonsibility to arrange and pay for the pickup and shipment of such items.
Lost packages / Insurance
We will work to help customers track down lost packages with the shipping companies but once they leave our warehouse the items are out of our control. If your item is lost by the carrier please contact us right away we will work with the shipping carrier to find a resolution. We can not be held responsible for packages lost by the shipping company that are not insured. If your package is valuable insure it, its makes it much safer and easier for both you and me. Refunds by the shipping carriers can take some time because they like to try to account for the items in their "lost and found" areas. Once the claim is complete and the refund is issued by the carrier we will refund the full amount to the customer.
