POSTAGE

I do not live in the Post Office but try to despatch the item either next day or the day after at the latest.
UK delivery is preferable but I am willing to post overseas. Please note though signed for delivery overseas can be expensive.
I always keep receipt from post office as proof of postage and willing to send this on in the event of a claim.
For UK delivery, if recorded option is taken and item gets lost I shall issue refund and pursue claim myself.

RETURNS:

Please email if there is a problem with the item.
I will give you a refund minus all shipping and handling fees once we receive the item back to us.
If the return is due to the error by me all costs will be issued.

Once the item has arrived if you have any concerns or problems with your transaction contact me first and let's work it out together.
Abusive emails are alerted to ebay.
