Why is a GIA diamond certificate so important?

We Disclose All Diamond Cut Details - How well a diamond is cut is just as important as the color and clarity of the diamond.  Two diamonds can have the same weight, color and clarity, but the quality of their cut and brilliance can cause the prices of these diamonds to differ tremendously.  For every engagement ring center diamond we sell, we give you the diamond's measurements, depth percentage, table percentage, polish grade and symmetry grade.  We fully disclose all the information that is shown on the diamond's certificate.  Unfortunately, many other sellers don't disclose the cut characteristics of the diamonds they sell.  Without knowing the full details of the Four Cs (carat, color, clarity and cut), you can't make a well informed purchase or accurately compare prices.  Utopia Diamonds only sells well cut diamonds that have been certified by very well respected gemological laboratories, as mentioned above.
