Do You Resize Rings?
Yes! We offer ring sizing for a fee of $40 per ring. Any ring that falls within stock sizes 6-7 can be sized FREE of charge. Ring sizing make take up to 3-5 business days and can usually be resized no more than 2 sizes in either direction. In the case of a sized ring being returned, the sizing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please read our extensive FAX for more sizing information.
Will I receive an appraisal certificate with my purchase?
Yes! All Diamond Engagement rings come with an appraisal certificate FREE of charge. Diamond Stud Earrings and Diamond Tennis Bracelets will also come with a FREE appraisal certificate. All merchandise is appraised by an INDEPENDENT gemological appraisal laboratory.
Are the items you are selling brand new?

Fast & Dependable - All of our items are shipped with FedEx Express 2-day shipping at a standard rate ($35) for all domestic shipments. For an additional fee ($55), the package can be shipped Standard Overnight. International shipments are sent FedEx International Priority ($65) which is the fastest international method of shipping. Packages are only shipped out during the business week.
Discrete - Each item is shipped in an unmarked Medium size FedEx box so your surprise will not be ruined. She will never suspect an engagement ring or diamond stud earrings, or any other fabulous jewelry item is inside this FedEx box.
