Best Priced Imports prefers Paypal. We also ask that all customers pay within 7 days of winning their auction. We ship using FedEx ground services or Saia Motor freight; we do not ship by any other method. We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause. Items leave our warehouse around 1 business day upon receiving payment. Once shipped, items take 2-5 business days to arrive at the destination point.

We cannot ship outside of the contiguous 48 states. No Alaska or Hawaii sorry folks. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We do not currenly offer Insurance for the shipping, However we will assist you with anything that could happen. 

We can only ship to confirmed paypal address per paypal instruction. If you have an issue with this you are going to need to contact us and make further arrangements.

We cannot ship to apo/fpo address at this time. If an item is damaged in transit leave everything the exact way that it was when you received it from the ground service and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please note, we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your item'(s) tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.

What is your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns unless the items was not as described. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so that we may issue you a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

What is your Feedback Policy?
eBay recommends that all parties wait until the transaction is complete before leaving feedback. We adhere to this policy. Unfortunately, most people do not take the time to contact us and let us know the order was received and that all is well so all we have to go by is that feedback is left for us.

Do you allow pickups?
At this time we will allow local pickup on certian items. However the auction must be won in advance.
