The delivery can take up to 21 days and delays may occur in rare cases. In most cases, delivery takes 7-10 days. Parcelforce delivery for our UK customers, USPS delivery for USA customers. The product is not sent from the UK unless stated otherwise in the auction 'shipping/delivery' section. Our USA customers do NOT pay custom charges as well as our non-UK customers. For countries that are strict with goods coming from China, we sometimes receive the goods in our office in the UK then send the goods to them to avoid them paying a cent of custom charges
This product is New and Boxed. All products are double checked before sending to our customers. If you received your item damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, provide us with proof such as clear pictures of damaged areas and we will deal with this matter as soon as possible. We do not accept returns but we do give free parts.
