Summary of My Selling Policies

Payment

Payment MUST be received within THREE (3) days of auction close.  Paypal preferred, however we are a retail store and do take VISA and MASTER CARD.  You will need to call the store to arrange for this type of payment 972-758-2677

Fees

A small handling fee will apply to cover shipping materials and delivery expenses. These expenses are NOT built into the price of auction items. LARGE items will incur higher packing costs due to extra materials required. If third party packing company is required, buyer pays exact costs (receipt will be provided). We DO NOT make money on shipping (as some sellers do), and we will be happy to discuss any questions you may have.

Shipping

SHIP WORLDWIDE, except Australia or Pacific Rim UNLESS PAYPAL VERIFIED.  If buying outside USA lower 48 states, you must contact me BEFORE bidding. All items are shipped USPS Priority or UPS ground unless otherwise specified in the auction description. We use www.usps.com and www.ups.com for shipping quotes based on actual weight and destination.

Due to extended shipping time frames, shipments outside the USA are not guaranteed unless payment for EMS shipping is accepted.

Delivery

We ship two times a week; however receipt of payment dictates shipping day. Typically 2-3 days after receipt of payment, package will ship.

Refunds & Returns

All auctions are sold AS-IS. If not happy with the product shipped, you may return the item(s) within THREE days of receipt and a store credit of actual price on auction less a 15% restocking fee (NO refund of shipping and handling fees) will be applied. Item must be returned first and in same condition as originally shipped and is subject to inspection. Thank you for your purchase.
