We Ship Domestically (USA) and to Canada

Tickets ship as soon as they are in hand. 95% of the time that means the same day you place the order. Sometimes, tickets will ship closer to the event date if we are still waiting on them to arrive.

If Tickets are not available to ship within 24 hours of purchase, a representative will contact you.

Electronic email delivery of eTickets is sometimes available. Please note, this option is only for certain tickets and is not available for every ticket and/or event.

We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. Please do not buy/submit an offer if you do not have a confirmed address.

Shipping Is Done Through FedEx.
FedEx will not deliver to a PO box. If your confirmed Paypal address is a PO box, you MUST provide us with an alternate physical shipping address.

You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your tickets ship after payment is received.

If tickets are in PDF format, they can be emailed to you up until the time the event takes place, ONLY if the event is less than 72 hours away. If tickets are emailed to you, you will be asked to confirm you can view/print tickets.

We reserve the right to upgrade your seats with comparable seats in a lower row within the SAME section as originally stated.  We will NEVER upgrade your seats to a different section or a higher row.

* PayPal is the only method of payment. You can pay through paypal using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.

* Immediate payment is REQUIRED. Payment must be made first for the auction to end.

* If you cannot make immediate payment, then please do not purchase or submit an offer.

All sales are final. No refunds and/or cancellations after the tickets have been purchased.

A Full refund will be given ONLY for cancelled shows that are not re-scheduled. If a show is postponed or re-scheduled for another date, these tickets will be honored for the new date.
