A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.

receive a unit that is DOA you must notify us within 48 hours by email
at cs@estore1000.com (see returns below)
Your Purchase / Bid is a contract
and you are legally bound by all of the terms of this listing; do not
bid unless you intend to pay the purchase / bid amount plus any shipping
& handling.
Shipping will be based on
standard UPS Ground, or United States Postal Service rates from our
zip code (92879) to yours or other Common Carrier.
Purchase
/ Auction Close
Winning Purchasers / Bidders will receive a complete eBay invoice
including appropriate sales tax (if applicable), shipping/handling fees
(if applicable), complete payment information and additional messaging
from estore1000 within one (1) business day after close of auction.
Winning Bidders are asked to complete the eBay checkout process from
the eStore1000 / eBay invoice within two (2) days of receipt of
invoice
Payment eStore1000 accepts Pay Pal.
For All Items:
Sales Tax eStore1000 will invoice the appropriate sales tax (California,
buy city) if required. All items picked up within the State of California
are subject to California Sales Tax if the Buyer has no valid resale
certificate or tax-exempt certification on file with eStore1000.
Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification
with payment will exempt buyers from sales tax. California sales tax
may be waived if the item is shipped directly to an out of state destination
by common carrier.
Non-Paying Bidders
If full payment is not RECEIVED within six (6) calendar days of
the Purchase / Auction close, eStore1000
reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another
interested party. A $5 Cancellation Fee will be assessed upon cancellation
and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with eBay. If this Cancellation
Fee is not paid the buyer will be blocked from any future bidding with eStore1000.
Pick Up Location/Shipping
Arrangements
Pick up location and/or shipping arrangements will be provided via email
within one (1) business day of estore1000 being notified of Buyer's
payment.
For Local Pick Up Items; You must make arrangements by email to cs@estore1000.com.
We will call or email you with the time and date as per your request.
If you are unable to pick up this item on the date agreed upon PLEASE
contact us and reschedule. If you don’t reschedule at least 6 hours
in advance a $25.00 service charge will be assessed for any no shows.
Returns
All eStore1000 items sold can only be returned for DOA. If the
item is DOA it was most likely damaged in shipping and a claim must
be filed with the carrier. We will need you to fill out and return the
damage report before we can replace the item if available.
PURCHASE /BID CANCELLATION
If you have inadvertently Purchased
or placed a bid and otherwise are unable to abide by terms of our listing, eStore1000 will
agree to cancel your transaction if contact with us is made within 24
hours of the original bid date and time. In all instances, after 24
hours, a $5 fee will be assessed to accommodate lost time and money
on the part of eStore1000, the selling entity. We appreciate your
understanding in this matter.

ALL GOODS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED
"AS DESCRIBED". Estore1000, THE SELLER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE

DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES
OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
YOU BEAR THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE GOODS,
AND YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ANY NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIR SHOULD
THE GOODS PROVE DEFECTIVE AFTER THE 5 DAY DOA PERIOD, UNLESS OTHERWISE
SPECIFIED. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties,
so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you, and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to
state.
IN NO EVENT WILL estore1000, THE SELLER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE
AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE
FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST
PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES
PROVIDED (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE). THE ENTIRE LIABILITY
OF estore1000, THE SELLER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OFFICERS,
DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER
ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE SALES PRICE OF THE
RELEVANT GOODS OR $5.00. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you.
