About Us
Why buy from CloserToWholesale?
At
Closer to Wholesale, we are dedicated to bringing you items
for both cars and trucks at prices which are, as our name
suggests, closer to wholesale! We deal directly with the manufacturers
and in some cases do direct sales for the manufacturers, which
allow us to offer you the customer much lower pricing. We're
a young company, started in 2005 and we became a Platinum
Power Seller in less than a year!
Payment
- We prefer PayPal.
- We also accept Cashiers Checks and Money Orders.
- We do not accept personal checks.
- Payments must be received within 10 days of end of auction
Shipping
and Handling
- We ship by UPS, FedEx and USPS. We will choose which method to use for your shipment, and we cannot use your shipping account. Most items are shipped within 3 business days. Items that take longer will have that noted in the description.
- Larger items will be shipped by freight delivery. Please refer to item description to see if this applies.
- Insurance is required to cover any possible shipping damage.
- All damaged items, factory defects, and errors must be reported immediately upon your receipt of item.
- For factory defects or errors, we have a full return policy. We will offer a full credit (including original shipping and handling) or replacement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Defective items must be enclosed with a complete description of the defect, and will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Sales Tax
Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: Michigan (6.000%).
Tax applies to subtotal + S&H for this state only

Checkout
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:
 Check-Out
Now! You
will be able to complete your payment and finalize your
purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.
Returns Policy
We will accept unused returns within 7 days. Buyers must contact us upon receipt of merchandise asking for a return authorization. Item must be in same exact condition (including packaging) as received and completely unused for merchandise credit of purchase price. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
