-You will
receive automated emails from us. These emails will contain all the
instructions you will need to complete your purchase. Your spam
settings may interfere with these emails. You will receive an email
when you win an item, when we receive payment, and when we ship your item.
These emails are sent to the email address you have registered with Ebay.
WE SHIP QUICKLY
-Your
package will ship as fast as possible. As soon as same day, but no
more than 2 business days from receipt of payment
MULTIPLE WINS/COMBINED
SHIPPING
-Contact us for a combined invoice. We CANNOT ship items together
that were not paid for with one payment.

-Shipping fees are below. They are non-negotiable. Insurance
is optional, not required. Will will not be held responsible for
items lost or damaged in the mail that were not insured.
International orders ship with the appropriate customs forms marked as "piercing
supplies". Please do not ask us to ship your international package as a
gift, it is not legal to do so.
RETURNS
-Because of the nature of our items, no returns will be accepted for
health and safety reasons. HOWEVER, if there is a problem with your order,
please contact us and we will do whatever we can to remedy the problem.
