This is a terrific bean for less acidic coffee. Coffee from Brazil is a great blending bean. Arabica beans from Brazil possess very neutral characteristic - mild aromas and medium-bodied taste without much acidity.

All my coffees are shipped in heat sealed bags - Roasted coffee comes in bags with one-way degassing valves allowing coffee gases to escape, but no air gets into the bag. This method costs more, but keeps the coffee fresh much longer.

USPS: I ship using the United Stated Postal Service and offer combined shipping on roasted and green coffee sales. You can select from my auction listings and store listings in the same order and qualify for combined shipping. For heavy orders, you may choose to have your order shipped Parcel Post to save shipping costs. There is a $1 addition to parcel post order to cover my shipping material costs.
UPS: WE DO NOT SHIP UPS.
STORAGE: Green Beans: Store in room temperature dry area away from direct hear or sun. Roasted Beans: Unopened bags, store in a cupboard or out of direct sun and aware from direct heat. Opened bags, keep in an air tight container or zip lock bag and store in a cupboard or out of direct sun and heat.
