I make it a point to ship within 3 business days after I receive your payment, except of course weekends and holidays. Payments must be received within 7 days after your final auction win. If not received within 7 days after your final win, and other arrangements have not been made, I have the option to void the sale to cover the cost or file a dispute against you with ebay which will count as a strike against your account. If you are bidding on multiple dvds, payment is due within 7 days from the date of the LAST item you won and I realize that your bids may stretch out over several days.  This is not a problem.

RETURN POLICY

I am committed to the satisfaction of my customers and try to provide the highest level of service and excellence. My used dvds are cleaned and tested if necessary for functionality prior to shipment and I guarantee that they play as if new. If upon receipt, you find that the dvd does not play properly, it is your responsibility to contact me within 48 hours of receiving it per the delivery/tracking confirmation. Otherwise, my return policy expires and I cannot accept the dvd back. It is your responsibility to ship back the dvd within 3 days after receipt, providing me with the tracking number at the time of mailing. It doesn't have to be received within 3 days,  just get it in the mail within 3 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Once I receive the dvd a refund will be issued immediately via PayPal for the purchase price/winning bid of the dvd only.  Purchase price does not include what you paid for shipping.  

I DO NOT accept returns for the new dvds since they are brand new.

I DO accept returns for used dvds and ONLY if it does not play properly. Cover art and cases are sold as-is and I will not accept returns if you do not like the condition of the case, but I do guarantee that I will NEVER send you a broken case - and broken means that it will not have cracks or will not close. In other words, the case doesn't work. A sticker on it or writing on it or something similar DOES NOT qualify as broken and I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BECAUSE OF BUYER'S REMORSE.   

INSURANCE

APPARENTLY EBAY IS REMOVING THE INSURANCE OPTION AS OF 9/22/09 (WEIRD) SO INSURANCE IS NO LONGER GOING TO BE AN OPTION UNLESS I AUTOMATICALLY ADD IT TO THE HANDLING FEE. SINCE MOST PEOPLE DO NOT CHOOSE TO HAVE INSURANCE, I AM NOT ADDING THAT EXTRA CHARGE TO THE COST AND I AM NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO STATE THAT IF YOU WANT IT TO LET ME KNOW. SO... THERE IS NO LONGER AN INSURANCE OPTION BUT I WILL PACKAGE AND SHIP YOUR ITEMS AS SAFELY AS I CAN !!   

TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

I will provide buyers with the tracking number when I create the shipping label. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Also, if you are not aware of this, you can go to View Order Details for the item you won and can find the tracking number there.

FEEDBACK

I only leave feedback first when I am the buyer.  Due to the new feedback policies, many buyers are using feedback extortion to try to get an item free or for some other annoying reason.  Therefore, it is because of these bad ebayers that I refuse to leave it first.  I will however, leave positive feedback for you the same day it is left for me.
