| Movie description | Based on the premise that even distant strangers are connected to one another is some way, MIND THE GAP revolves around five seemingly unrelated people facing crisis points in their lives. While each person's life and problem is different from the next, they are all led to New York City, where without knowing it, they will change each other's lives forever. The pursuit of happiness at the heart of this drama comes in many forms, with a single father named Sam trying to expand his social circle through a speed dating service, and a street performer named Jody Butler taking her act to the stage. Despite the disparity between them, each character must face the same challenge--to come to grips with their past in order to move on towards the future.
