Genuine and Certified 1 CT Ruby Pendant . The natural stone is mined from the ground, cut, polished and hand set in fine 925 sterling silver and layered with 18K Gold. The length is 18 inches or 457mm and the width is 11/16inches or 17mm. The cross is 2 inches long. You will also receive an 18 inch gold filled chain.
