OUR GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Because we try hard to be accurate on our item descriptions our policy is, after we agree to accept a return on an item, we do not refund shipping costs, either way, and there will be a 10% processing fee, which will be subtracted from the refund. If there is any kind of problem we would appreciate you notifying us so as to give us an opportunity to rectify it before placing feedback. This will work better for both of us in the end because how could we know if something is wrong with out you letting us know first.
