Warranty applies to hardware only, not software. Software issues are not covered.
- We do not test or warranty the battery life in any of our laptops.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service department at support@computerstore199.com. Your purchase will be refunded less shipping and handling. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping upon any repairs or returns and in the case of a refund, a $30 outbound (us to you) shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
