*Lithium Ion Battery
Please read and agree to our battery policy before bidding on our item. A used Lithium Ion Battery is included with the laptop. Please understand these batteries operate similar to cell phone batteries. After a certain length of use they will no longer hold a charge and a new battery must be purchased in order to run strictly on battery life. Unfortunately the manufacturer does not guarantee the batteries for us, therefore we do not test the battery life as a part of our final testing process. Fortunately, most batteries do hold a charge of some sort. Again, please note that we can not guarantee the battery life because they are not guaranteed for us. In the rare event that the battery does not work at all, you can find brand new Dell batteries for $40 on eBay. Please do not bid on and win our auctions without agreeing to this policy. If you receive a laptop with a bad battery please do not leave us a bad feedback. We are very upfront about the battery policy and guarantee. Thank you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
A lot of sellers on eBay advertise that all sales are final (exchanges only) because the cost associated with each listing (listing fees, handling, and shipping charges) are so high.
