DOA - all DOA (dead on arrival) items must be claimed within 72 hours. All DOA protected items are 100% refundable including shipping and handling fees.
New Items - In case you are not satisfied with an item you have 7 days to return it. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are also responsible for return shipping. Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, inserts, warranty card(s), software, cables and accessories. Damaged Merchandise:
