Product Information: Our heirloom quality furniture is made with beautiful solid pine wood and is built sturdy for years of enjoyment that we hope can be passed down from generation to generation.
Payment Intructions: Please check shipping calculator for shipping costs before purchasing one item. It will not calculate correctly for multiple items. Due to the weight and sizes of our furniture, combined shipping will have to be manually calculated per order. Shipping Information: Since our Furniture is made with solid Pine Wood and is very heavy duty pieces of furniture, the weight of these products are high. We understand that no one wants to pay shipping costs. We don't like paying shipping costs either. But there needs to be a way to get our quality products into your home. Shipping may be an extra cost, but it is also a nice convenience. You don't have to leave the comfort of your home and you get an heirloom quality piece of furniture delivered to your front door.
UPS does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Change of Address:Shipping calculations are based on location. If you are buying for someone else and would like your order shipped to a different address, you will need to proceed as follows;
Please email us with the “ship to” address and wait for us to update your invoice. If you pay shipping on your postal code and not the “ship to” postal code, you may be paying less than the actual costs or even more than the actual costs. If you pay less than the actual costs, your order will be held until the correct amount has been paid.
We print out labels via Paypal and the label will automatically use the address set up in your account. You will need to change the “ship to” address during the payment process to ensure it gets shipped to the correct address. You can’t just email us with the address change request. It is not our responsibility to update your shipping information. If you don’t update the shipping information, we are not responsible if the order ships to the original address associated with your account.
Domestic Shipping: Orders can take up to 10 business days to process. (Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays). We are not responsible for emergencies or last minute orders. It is not our responsibility to get the orders to you in time for a birthday. We ask that you send an email to let us know that it is for a Birthday and we will make an extra effort to get it to you in time but can not guarantee it.
Shipping Insurance Information: Our furniture is shipped UPS and will be 100% covered under insurance. If any damage has occured in transit, it will be 100% covered. If bedding was purchased and shipped with the beds via UPS, then the bedding will be covered under insurance as well. We ship via UPS except for smaller items such as bed knobs and bedding. If bedding is purchased with out a bed, it will be shipped USPS and unless you pay separately for insurance it is not covered.
**Receiving your Order**: We encourage you to fully open and inspect your purchase upon receipt. Please check through all of the packaging material before throwing it out as we pack small pieces such as Bed knobs and Joining pegs and etc. In the event that visible damage occurs in transit or you find any defect or broken items, we ask that you contact us immediately. When contacting us, please make sure you include the following. Email us the number of items damaged. Include a digital picture of each damaged item. To ensure that the claims process runs smoothly, we ask that you let us handle it. We realize receiving a damaged order can be frustrating and disappointing. Please keep in mind that the damage did happen during transit and should not reflect on the seller.
Return Policy: The Crafters' Nook stands behind the quality and value of everything we sell. Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. Each Crafters' Nook package is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop. We encourage you to fully open and inspect your purchase upon receipt. In the event that visible damage occurs in transit or you find any defect, we ask that you contact the Shipping company within 7 days. Any damage occurring in transit must be resolved with the freight carrier.
Should a manufacturing defect occur with your order, please contact us within 30 days so we may promptly resolve the issue. The Crafters' Nook will make every attempt to provide replacement parts at no charge. Should parts not be available, The Crafters' Nook will issue a return authorization.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you must notify The Crafters' Nook within 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer assumes responsibility for all freight (this includes the shipping fee that we incurred in sending product to your residence, plus the shipping fee back to our warehouse) plus a $10 restocking fee. Return of product will not be permitted after 30 days.
