PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Olde World MatteKote Sealer is a one-part modified acrylic polymer sealer that top coats and protects cementitious tiles and concrete. Olde World MatteKote Sealer seals out and beads water. Interior or Exterior, non-yellowing formula dust-proofs, helps protect from the sun, and offers a clear satin sheen. It helps protect and prolong the color and appearance of the substrate from oil, salt, sunlight, etc. This easy to apply, water-based, environmentally friendly formula cleans up with water. Do not apply if rain is imminent. Top coating with Super-Sealer Wax is recommended on interior applications.
APPLICATION: One two-application coat of Olde World MatteKote Sealer should be applied to tile upon removal from mold if it is to be used as an aid to curing. It may be applied to a damp or dry surface at temperatures about 50 degrees F. Apply with a sponge, “floating” the surface with the sealer. Apply in one direction, then within five minutes in the other direction. (North-South, then East-West). Saturate tile, but do not allow it to puddle on tile surface. If the tile rejects the second coating, you waited too long to apply it. It will bead up at that point. DRYING TIME: 3 hours for foot traffic, 24 hours for automobile traffic.
COVERAGE: Approximately 200-400 square feet per gallon depending on porosity of substrate. CLEANUP: Cleanup with water.

Our molds are made from a special .060 H.I. polystyrene and can be used fifty to a hundred+ times if cared for per our simple instructions.
With our process, you can make one tile or stone per day, per mold. If you have a large project, you may want to consider ordering a quantity of molds based on the number of tiles or stone needed, and your work schedule. As an example... it would take you ten days to produce 100 square feet of tile, using ten (one-square-foot) molds, 20 days using 5 molds, etc.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
We normally ship from our Port Charlotte, Florida shipping facility on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Orders are shipped via either UPS or USPS. Orders are normally ready within two days of receipt of payment. The rest of the time it takes to get to you is due to the carrier. Please allow sufficient time for transit before contacting our shipping department with questions about the whereabouts of your order. Please understand that it takes over a week "in transit" for packages shipped to the western USA. Figure ten days total. Please remember that UPS and other carriers DO NOT work on weekends... and once in a great while... we don't either! :-)
COMBINING ORDERS SAVES YOU SHIPPING CHARGES
WE DO COMBINE ALL PURCHASES FROM THE SAME CUSTOMER TO SAVE THEM IN SHIPPING COSTS. DO NOT PAY FOR THE INDIVIDUAL ITEMS. ORDER THE ITEMS YOU WANT. THEN REQUEST AN INVOICE FROM US. WE WILL COMBINE THE ORDERS AND SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR THE TOTAL, INCLUDING SHIPPING.

ABOUT COLORS
We provide you with instructions in the various techniques to achieve a custom colored tile or stone. But other than formulas for the basic colors in our brochure, you will have to experiment. We cannot give you the formula for a color that is "in your head". Color is somewhat "subjective". What you might refer to as a "pink" color, might be our perception of a "rose" color. Our "powder blue", might be your "light blue", etc., etc. For that reason, we can only give you some "base" color formulas. You will have to work on any changes from that formula to get exactly what you want as a finished color, as seen in your mind's eye.
