On Orders With Insurance 100% Refund of Item Price and Shipping Charges - Refundable upon return of items (this includes reimbursement of standard shipping charges you incur to return items to us)!
Free Exchanges - If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we'll ship the replacement item to you at no charge once your return is received and processed! On Orders Without Insurance Refund of purchase price only. Shipping charges are nonrefundable if insurance is not elected. Easy Steps To Return An Item: Before returning any product, please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order.
