1 Pound Lot Blue Faceted Round Vintage German Glass Beads (#636)
This is for one generous pound of blue faceted round vintage glass beads. These highly faceted sky blue beads have a polish and shine that make matte beads cry. In each of these captivating beads there is a stripe or swirl of clear glass that let’s you peer inside. They measure 11-12mm and are vertically drilled. We are listing all that we have in inventory so get'em quick!
Because everyone loves to know and tell others the history of their beads, here is the story of these beads. They were made in Kaufbeuren (Southern) Germany in the 1950’s where they remained in a warehouse until it closed. Then we bought the entire lot and have been hoarding them ever since. Now, we realize that it is unfair of us to keep these crazy cool beads all to ourselves, so we have made one-pound lots to share with you. These one-pound lots are the perfect size for resale or starting your own 'little' collection of vintage heaven. So when we say vintage we don't mean just 'new to you' we mean NEW and aged to VINTAGE bead perfection - bold colors, funky shapes and maybe even a little dirt. Now that you know the story how can you resist?
We bought the ENTIRE lot of beads from the warehouse, so be sure to add us to your favorites list to be the first to see when we add NEW shapes, colors, and styles.
