1 Pound Lot Mixed Vintage Glass Cabochons (2201)

This is one generous pound of mixed vintage German glass cabochons.  This is "the end" of many of our cabochons.  We just took a bunch of our half-bags that didn't quite make a generous pound and made colorful mixes.  This is a great opportunity to get an eclectic mix of cabochons (some of which we've never even offered before) before they're gone.  As a couple of seed beaders, we know a good mix when we see one; these beads are SEXY!!!  Okay, we didn't create all of the color combinations.  Some of the mixes were frightening accidents and there was NO WAY we were going to seperate them.  Still, even if the color combinations are scary, the individual beads are all super cool.   We're holding nothing back.  The number of bags we're offering is ALL we have of that mix. 

Because everyone loves to know and tell others the history of their beads, here is the story of these beads.  They were made in Kaufbeuren (Southern) Germany in the 1950’s where they remained in a warehouse until it closed.  Then we bought the entire lot and have been hoarding them ever since.  Now, we realize that it is unfair of us to keep these crazy cool beads all to ourselves, so we have made one-pound lots to share with you.  These one-pound lots are the perfect size for resale or starting your own 'little' collection of vintage heaven.  So when we say vintage we don't mean just 'new to you' we mean NEW and aged to VINTAGE bead perfection -  bold colors, funky shapes and maybe even a little dirt. Now that you know the story how can you resist?
