-Pickup of the item and packaging by the shipping carrier
-General Refund (full or partial)
-Replacement (full or partial)
-Credit (full or partial)
-Exchange for a different item
-Claim Denial (Claims will be denied only under specific circumstances, including but not limited to: insufficient proof of damage, insignificant damage, improperly filed claim, or any claim that is attempted to be filed directly with the shipping company)
