These beautiful eggs are often called "Pisanki" or "Pysanky". The artisans of the Carpathian Mountain region have been creating this folk art for hundreds of years. The eggs are hand painted, making each one unique and different from the others, but all of similar complexity and beauty. This real ostrich eggs has been hand painted by a skilled artist with floral designs. Each one is packaged individually in a clear plastic tube to prevent damage.
